Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund Divests Assets of Calgary Packaging Business

GUELPH, ONTARIO, November 1, 2010 - Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund ("Armtec" or "the Company") (TSX: ARF.UN and ARF.DB) today announced the closing of an agreement with Target Products Ltd. ("Target") to sell the assets of its Calgary Packaging Business (the "Business") to Target for a cash consideration of $15 million. Purchased by Armtec as part of the Burnco acquisition in July 2008, the Business is a one-plant operation that packages and sells cement and dry concrete mixes.

"This transaction, which involves the sale of a non-strategic asset, is another step in our efforts to streamline our organization, and put more focus on core businesses to ensure that we can continue to serve our national customer base with the same high standards of service that they have come to expect of us," said Charles Phillips, President and Chief Executive Officer.
