All amounts owing are due and payable at the time of purchase, unless a credit account has been established. Special Order Items will require a deposit of 50% at the time of ordering and are non refundable.

All standard merchandise returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any applicable freight charges. Non-standard merchandise is non refundable unless written consent is received from Cast Supply prior to the return, and is subject to conditions laid down by the vendor. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
