    Spruce Grove’s first High Rise building was completed at the end of last year and is now fully landscaped and a few units are available to purchase. This complex is beside the King Street mall and Clark Builders was looking for a match to the existing stone that was used on the mall a few years previously. After reviewing the stone and providing a variety of options, Boulder Creek Prairie Bluff Mojave proved to be a “perfect match” to the mall. Boulder Creek also provide custom matching sills on the project to the approval of the architect, owner and Clark Builders.

    With over 3,000 sq ft of stone installed by Scorpio Masonry, King Street on the Park is situated in the middle of Spruce Grove across from the Grant Fuhr arena and is a showcase of high rise residential buildings. Boulder Creek has been manufacturing stone materials for over 30 years and with the Eco Friendly manufacturing process they use, qualify for LEED points. The “Green” aspect has been entrenched within Boulder Creek and they have zero waste from their production facility in Harris MN. Boulder Creek offers over 180 styles and colors of manufactured stone that exceeds all ASTM standards and are the closest stone to Mother Nature.
